BA-mobil is the customer app of the Federal Employment Agency. Please note: BA-mobil is NOT a two-factor authentication (TOTP) app, but rather facilitates your contact with the Federal Employment Agency.

With BA-mobil, you can access selected features of your online profile at any time.

Are you unemployed or registered as a job seeker?

Do you already have login credentials for your customer account with the Federal Employment Agency?

Do you have a personal contact person?

If so, you can LOG IN to BA-mobil WITH YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS. You already know your username and password from the Federal Employment Agency's website: www.arbeitsagentur.de

Some selected FEATURES of BA-mobil:

• CURRENT INFORMATION: You can keep track of your upcoming appointments, new messages, job offers, applications, and much more in one place (including via push notifications).
• UPLOAD DOCUMENTS: Upload documents related to your request and submit them digitally to the Federal Employment Agency.
• MAILBOXES: You can view your messages in the benefits and job placement mailboxes at any time and contact the Federal Employment Agency regarding topics such as financial benefits and counseling and placement.
• MANAGE APPOINTMENTS: View your upcoming and recently past appointments, save them directly in your smartphone's calendar, and get directions to your appointment location using your smartphone's map app.
• DECISIONS AND PROOFS: Decisions and proofs can be displayed to you as PDF files if you have consented to this in the portal.
• REPORT CHANGES: Inform your agency about important events. For example, you can conveniently submit a photo of your medical certificate of incapacity for work via your smartphone.
• TRACK APPLICATION STATUS: View the current status of your online applications at any time.
